Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate business acumen.
Effective goal completion, priority management, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, adaptable, and a problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Skills:
Willingness to learn and grow, with project or program management experience being advantageous.

Previous account management experience and advanced Excel or SQL knowledge are advantageous.
