Senior Retail Account Manager Mandarin

For our client we seek Senior Account manager with MANDARIN language, responsibilities at the position are: Key Responsibilities: Proposing annual terms and conditions, aligning on new services, and building joint business plans with vendors. Optimizing vendor product portfolios, visibility, and sales on the Company marketplace. Collaborating with vendors to enhance operational excellence and supply chain efficiency. Demonstrating curiosity to learn internal tools and processes, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Managing business and legal escalations through effective problem-solving for sustainable solutions. Conducting deep dives to identify opportunities for innovation and process automation. Taking ownership of impactful business projects, engaging with internal stakeholders, and driving positive outcomes.

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate business acumen.
Effective goal completion, priority management, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, adaptable, and a problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Skills:

Willingness to learn and grow, with project or program management experience being advantageous.
Hands-on attitude, creativity, decisiveness, and a results-driven mentality.
Previous account management experience and advanced Excel or SQL knowledge are advantageous.
Industry expertise in Electronics, Clothing and Fashion, Home and Living, Books, or Consumables.
Experience in Retail/E-Commerce or selling to Retail organizations.
