Our client - Wellknown company providing support solutions for computers and other hardvare and their own products is opening a new position!
L2 technical support (VIP clients) - German Market
You will be responsible for:
- HelpDesk calls and basic support + solving issues / troubleshooting
- Accepting and solving tickets from L1 colleagues
- L2 Support of desktops, laptops and other devices
- Handling of break/fix and configuration issues
- Software installation
- Hardware repairing - coordinating depot services
- Handling of escalated issues from L1 colleagues
- Escallating to L3 colleagues if needed
Požiadavky na zamestnanca
What is needed:
– Experience as a L1 HelpDesk Operator
– Fluent English and German
– Responsibility
