Finance Support with German & English

This is not a routine accounting position. It is a dynamic finance operations role where you will solve real business issues, communicate with vendors, analyse data, and help improve financial processes.

• Investigating and resolving accounts receivable discrepancies, including vendor returns, commercial terms, payment delays, and open items
• Reconciling vendor statements against internal ledgers
• Communicating with vendors by email and phone in German and English
• Building professional relationships with vendors and supporting vendor satisfaction
• Cooperating with internal teams across finance, retail, and operations
• Working with Excel reports, reconciliations, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and financial data
• Participating in vendor meetings and helping maintain clear communication
• Taking ownership of assigned vendor accounts
• Supporting process improvements and scalable financial solutions

• German language: upper-intermediate level, B2 
• English language: upper-intermediate level, B2 
• Basic understanding of debit and credit accounting principles
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience with reconciliations, finance, accounts receivable, or customer/vendor communication is an advantage
• Good Microsoft Excel skills; PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions are a plus
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with vendors
• Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
