For our client, a multinational leader in telecommunications, we're looking for a Full Stack Engineer Manager to lead and develop a team of full stack developers.
Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of full stack developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Project Management: Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks and projects.
• Training: Implement training programs to keep the team updated with the latest technologies and practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Understand and address stakeholder needs.
• Performance Feedback: Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Issue Resolution: Escalate and manage any full stack-related issues or risks.
Employee requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven leadership/management experience in a software engineering environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Bonus: ServiceNow experience is a plus.
