Are you looking for a part-time job where you can use Excel, gain experience in a finance environment, and work with clearly defined tasks? We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our client´s invoice processing and verification team.
You do not need to be an accounting expert. What matters most is that you are comfortable working with numbers, pay attention to detail, and are not afraid of Excel.
Job offer information
- Preparing Excel files and supporting documents for PDF invoice processing,
- searching for booking details needed for consolidated invoices,
- processing simpler types of invoices,
- working with supplier statements and checking relevant data,
- supporting the team with other administrative tasks when needed.
Employee requirements
You could be a good fit if you:
- have basic knowledge of economics or accounting,
- are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel,
- have English at a communicative level – minimum B1, ideally B2,
- are detail-oriented and able to notice even small discrepancies,
- approach your tasks responsibly and can complete them reliably,
- would like to gain practical experience in invoice processing and financial operations.
