Are you looking for a part-time job alongside your studies where you will do more than just copy numbers into spreadsheets? Do you enjoy working with Excel, Power BI and uncovering connections in data? For our client, we are looking for a motivated student to support the team responsible for Safety, Health and Environment, also known as SHE. You can expect a varied mix of data analysis, reporting, training support and smaller projects. It is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in an international environment while developing your Power BI skills.

What will you be working on?

Supporting the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards that show how the company is performing in the areas of safety, health and the environment.
Processing data, preparing reports and looking beyond the numbers to understand what they really mean.
Identifying trends, irregularities and connections that could help improve processes.
Supporting the preparation and documentation of internal assessments and evaluations.
Helping to create and update training materials.
Tracking whether employees have completed required training and keeping records accurate and up to date.
Getting involved in projects and initiatives focused on practical improvements.
Supporting the team with data collection, organization and day-to-day operational tasks.

Do not worry—you are not expected to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you enjoy working with data, are curious about what it can reveal and are interested in learning how SHE works in practice.

Employee requirements

You could be a great fit if you:

are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or a related field,
enjoy working with data and can spot an error, unusual result or interesting trend,
have at least basic experience with Power BI and are comfortable using Excel,
work accurately and care about getting both numbers and documentation right,
can organize your tasks and follow them through to completion,
can communicate in English at a minimum B2 level,
are eager to learn, ask questions and contribute your own ideas.
