Renewables & Sustainability Specialist

Tasks

• Manage contract administration, coordinate signatures and upload documents into internal systems.
• Collect, check and upload sustainability certificates, such as ISCC, RedCert, PoS and SD documents.
• Monitor whether deliveries are properly covered by valid certificates.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect documentation.
• Maintain sustainability data in internal and external databases.
• Capture renewable product deals in SAP and support payment readiness checks.
• Update tracking files and review volumes, stock levels and forecasts for renewable feedstocks and blending components.
• Prepare data summaries, price overviews and other materials related to supply and sustainability topics.
• Cooperate with supply, logistics, finance and controlling teams.
• Support process improvements and updates of work instructions in the renewables area.
• Take part in ad-hoc tasks, projects and improvements as needed.

• University degree, minimum Bachelor’s level, ideally in Economics or Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization and efficiency.
• Analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, rules and guidelines.
• Excellent MS Office skills and SAP experience.
• Fluency in Slovak, English and German.
• Hungarian is an advantage.
