Part-time for a Student – Digital Tools & AI Support

• Support the administration of users in Wrike, help with their questions and keep track of requests or improvement ideas.
• Help new users get familiar with the tools and keep guides and documentation up to date.
• Monitor digital projects, work with data and check that information is accurate and complete.
• Explore new trends in AI and automation and look for ways they could be used in marketing processes.
• Keep an overview of the digital tools used across the company and how they are connected.

You could be a great fit if you:

• are currently a university student and are interested in technology, digital tools, AI or automation,
• work in a structured way, pay attention to detail and can keep track of tasks and deadlines,
• enjoy communicating with people and are also comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reports,
• have a good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and can communicate confidently in English (at least B2 level).

Experience with Wrike, Power BI or similar project and task management tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Basic knowledge of coding or automation is also a plus.
