Finance Analyst with German

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, building professional relationships and finding practical solutions in an international environment.

• Manage accounts receivable and credit collection activities for assigned business customers.
• Review aging reports, monitor outstanding balances and support the achievement of collection targets.
• Investigate unpaid invoices, disputed amounts and payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to resolve invoicing and payment-related queries.
• Reconcile open receivables with customer records and ensure timely payment collection.
• Cooperate with sales, finance and other internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases and escalations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and participate in cross-functional projects.

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with business customers by phone and email.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and take ownership of their resolution.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills.
• Confidence in cooperating with and presenting information to different stakeholders.
