Marketing Specialist – Event Coordinator

In this role, you will plan and execute a broad range of marketing events, including conferences, training programs, internal events, and international congresses.

• Planning, coordinating, and delivering internal and external events from initial preparation through to completion
• Managing event timelines and ensuring that all agreed milestones and deadlines are met
• Acting as the main point of contact for all event-related communication
• Coordinating with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of each event
• Preparing supporting, promotional, and event-specific materials in line with company brand guidelines
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and communication materials
• Coordinating procurement activities through internal systems
• Selecting and communicating with external suppliers and service providers
• Managing contracts, agreements, and event-related documentation
• Monitoring event preparation and providing support during event execution

• At least 1 year of experience in event planning, event coordination, marketing, or a similar role
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken Slovak and English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• The ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
