Employee requirements
Skills:
– Ideally 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions as either a ServiceNow Developer or Architect, with a solid grasp of the platform.
– Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide API, along with adeptness in development tools.
– Proficiency in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, AngularJS, and RESTful APIs.
– Familiarity with User Interface Design and User Experience principles.
– Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
– Capability of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical terms.
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a flexible approach to solutions tailored to each situation.
– Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
