Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst – Spanish-Speaking Finance Professional

• Analyze and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, ensuring timely payments for Amazon Spain vendors
• Perform detailed reconciliations of vendor statements against internal ledger entries
• Handle AR-related inquiries by phone and email, maintaining a high level of vendor satisfaction and professional communication
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including French retail teams and finance processing departments, to ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution
• Manage key vendor accounts and support long-term financial solutions
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and reconciliation techniques
• Conduct regular vendor calls and meetings to strengthen business relationships and drive process improvements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and financial reconciliation
• Strong customer or vendor relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of debit and credit principles
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Spanish language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory)
