Our client is a global industrial and consumer goods company, listed on the stock exchange and active in more than 100 countries. It is looking for an SAP developer who wants real influence. You won’t just write code here. You’ll help decide how code gets written across one of the largest SAP landscapes in Europe, at a company in the middle of its S/4HANA transformation.

What you’ll do
- Drive the development side of S/4HANA conversion projects
- Shape and execute the global Custom Code Strategy
- Define development standards and monitor how well they’re followed
- Work with stakeholders worldwide as a trusted technical expert in SAP development
- Support solution design and deliver modern, high-quality solutions
- Mentor colleagues and set the bar for development quality across the international team
Employee requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP developer
- Practical experience with an S/4HANA conversion project
- Working knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC)
- Experience with HANA DB performance optimization
- An understanding of upgrade-stable, clean-core development principles
- Broad insight into SAP technologies and the confidence to contribute to architecture decisions
- Good communication skills and comfort working with global, English-speaking teams
- An analytical, solution-oriented mindset and the drive to take ownership
