- Investigate and resolve complex finance and payment issues
- Reconcile vendor statements with internal financial records
- Handle finance‑related inquiries via email and phone
- Cooperate with internal teams across Europe to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Maintain strong vendor relationships through regular communication
- Use advanced Excel tools for reporting and analysis
Employee requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance or similar role
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Experience working with customers or vendors
- Solid understanding of financial principles (debits/credits)
- Fluent English
- German B2+ (mandatory)
