Part-time Student – Raw Materials & Data Support (m/f)

• Working with data: Keeping raw material information accurate and up to date in SAP and internal databases.
• Supporting raw material approvals: Assisting with the approval of new raw materials and changes to existing ones.
• Preparing documentation: Creating PIA drafts and supporting relevant documentation processes.
• Checking data accuracy: Comparing incoming requests with information stored in internal systems.
• Connecting with colleagues: Communicating and collaborating with different teams and departments.
• Getting involved in projects: Working with raw material lists and supporting various project-related activities.

• You’re a university student in Chemistry, Natural Sciences or a related field.
• You have good English communication skills and are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• You’re detail-oriented, analytical and responsible, with an interest in working with data.
• You’re a proactive team player, eager to learn and familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• You’re looking for regular part-time work and long-term cooperation (at least one year).
