Marketing Mix Modeling Intern

• Model Support & Development: Support the preparation, maintenance, and updating of existing Marketing Mix Models (MMM). After a structured onboarding phase, take ownership of defined modeling tasks and contribute with a growing level of independence and autonomy.
• Data Collection & Preparation: Collect, structure, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources (e.g. media, sales, pricing, promotions) to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling and analysis.
• Exploratory Analysis & Insight Support: Perform exploratory data analyses and support the team in interpreting model outputs, preparing visualizations, and developing initial insights under guidance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with MMM specialists and relevant stakeholders to understand business questions and support the communication of analytical results in a clear and structured way.
• Learning & Continuous Improvement: Actively develop skills in MMM methodologies, Python-based analytics, and modeling workflows, while contributing ideas to improve data quality and analytical processes.

• Good level of English (spoken and written) – daily communication within an international team
• Currently enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Intermediate knowledge of Python, essential for the role; experience with libraries such as Pandas and MatPlotLib is expected, while exposure to modeling-related libraries (e.g. PyMC, Meridian) is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, including data handling, formulas, and pivot tables
• Understanding of statistical and regression concepts (through coursework is sufficient)
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work systematically on complex datasets
• Proactive and self-driven attitude, with willingness to take increasing responsibility after onboarding
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
