HR Admin Support – Part-time Position for Students

An ideal part-time job alongside your studies, where you can use your language skills and gain practical experience in HR and an international corporate environment. You will learn how to work with SAP and HR documentation while gaining an understanding of employee-related processes within a global company.
The position is being filled for Henkel, a global company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of chemical consumer products.
Job offer information
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting HR administration related to new hires, salary changes, promotions, bonuses and employee departures
- Updating employee data in SAP
- Preparing contracts, amendments and onboarding documents
- Editing document templates in German
- Communicating via email with international colleagues
- Cooperating with payroll and HR teams
- Helping ensure the smooth operation of HR processes
Employee requirements
- English at a minimum B2 level
- German at a minimum B1 level, particularly in writing
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in administrative work
- Interest in HR, administration or languages
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with SAP is an advantage but not required
- Suitable for university students, particularly those studying HR, languages, economics or related fields
