For our client in the telecommunications sector, we are seeking a talented individual proficient in Python with experience in RPA. Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and RPA. - Implement AI solutions for HR-related scenarios. - Establish a platform to execute local LLMs such as LLama2 from Facebook. - Collaborate with teams to design and deliver new features. - Continuously explore and integrate new technologies for efficiency. - Drive the reusability of core automation features. - Educate business partners on automation practices.

Employee requirements

– 5+ years of Full Stack Developer experience.
– Proficiency in front-end, back-end, and middleware technologies.
– Skilled in API-driven development.
– Experience with Flask, Bootstrap, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2.
– Automation expertise using Python, Power Automate, and RPA.
– Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
– Strong foundation in AI, including various learning algorithms.
– Familiarity with HR business domain is an advantage.
– Fluency in English (C1), German language skills preferred.
