Employee requirements

– 5+ years of Full Stack Developer experience. – Proficiency in front-end, back-end, and middleware technologies. – Skilled in API-driven development. – Experience with Flask, Bootstrap, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2. – Automation expertise using Python, Power Automate, and RPA. – Knowledge of CI/CD processes. – Strong foundation in AI, including various learning algorithms. – Familiarity with HR business domain is an advantage. – Fluency in English (C1), German language skills preferred.
