Job offer information
- Investigate and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies (vendor returns, commercial terms, payment delays)
- Reconcile vendor statements against internal ledgers to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Communicate with vendors via phone and email to address inquiries, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with retail, finance, and internal operations teams
- Use Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to create reports and perform reconciliations
- Conduct regular meetings with vendors to maintain alignment and foster trust
- Take ownership of key vendor accounts and contribute to scalable financial solutions
Employee requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of debit/credit accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and reconciliations
- Proven track record of managing client or customer relationships
- Fluency in French and English (spoken & written) is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
