Our Client’s Financial Operations team is looking for a proactive, customer-focused and detail-oriented Finance Analyst who will support Italian vendors (Retail and Advantage) in adopting and complying with the market-specific e-invoicing process.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for e-invoicing compliance and vendor education, helping suppliers understand invoicing requirements and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Supporting suppliers with resolving rejected or incorrect e-invoices
- Educating Italian vendors on market-specific e-invoicing requirements
- Acting as the Compliance Point of Contact for internal stakeholders regarding e-invoicing queries
- Communicating with Retail teams in Italy and finance processing teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Participating in special invoicing projects, including analysis and testing of technical enhancements
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements in financial operations
Employee requirements
- Fluent Italian and English
- Good MS office skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Positive and proactive problem-solving attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage queries through email and phone communication
Education requirements
- High school with a diploma
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
