Must-have requirements:
• Fluent in Italian and English

• Passion for financial operations, open communication, and comfort in dealing with senior management
• Strong communication skills, willingness, and ability to resolve issues via phone and email
• Ability to present to various audiences
Nice-to-have requirements:
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Care, or other customer-focused departments
• Prior experience working remotely in teams, with customer contact through phone and/or email
• A finance background or previous experience in finance is an advantage
