For our client, one of the world's most valuable brands and a leader in e-commerce, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Senior AR Finance Analyst. Your main job responsibilities will include: • Managing customer liabilities to Amazon, including operations related to receivables collection • Reviewing and monitoring AR Aging Reports and collection targets • Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoicing, unpaid, or disputed amounts, and working directly with customers to resolve their issues • Reconciling Amazon's open receivables with customers to ensure timely collections • Effectively collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer service • Earning the trust of external and internal stakeholders/customers and building long-term business relationships

Must-have requirements:
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Positive attitude towards problem-solving
• Good MS Office skills
• Passion for financial operations, open communication, and comfort in dealing with senior management
• Strong communication skills, willingness, and ability to resolve issues via phone and email
• Ability to present to various audiences

Nice-to-have requirements:
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Care, or other customer-focused departments
• Prior experience working remotely in teams, with customer contact through phone and/or email
• A finance background or previous experience in finance is an advantage
