Employee requirements

Fluent Italian and English.
At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, finance operations, collections, billing or a similar customer-facing role.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to find practical solutions.
Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar tools is an advantage.
