Accounts Receivable Analyst with French & English

• Managing customer liabilities and supporting credit collection operations
• Reviewing and monitoring accounts receivable aging reports
• Following up on unpaid, overdue, or disputed invoices
• Communicating directly with customers by email and phone in French and English
• Acting as a link between customers, finance teams, and sales teams
• Investigating payment delays, billing issues, and invoice discrepancies
• Reconciling open receivables to support timely collection
• Helping resolve cash flow, payment, and billing challenges
• Building professional and trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams
• Supporting process improvement initiatives to make finance operations more efficient

• French language: upper-intermediate level, B2
• English language: upper-intermediate level, B2
• Strong communication skills, especially by email and phone
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to explain information clearly to different audiences
• Confidence when communicating with customers and internal teams
• Interest in finance operations, receivables, collections, or billing
