Technical Lead – Endpoint Management

We are looking for a senior endpoint management professional who wants to have real influence in a large international environment. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Intune and Windows device management, but also enjoys shaping standards, improving processes, and working with teams across the business. Our client operates in the industrial technology sector.

You do not need to be a perfect match in every area. What matters most is solid enterprise experience, a practical mindset, and the confidence to help move modern workplace management forward.

Tasks
  • Lead and improve device management for Windows and mobile environments
  • Help set standards, governance, and best practices for endpoint management
  • Support secure and scalable workplace solutions across the organization
  • Work on deployment, configuration, lifecycle management, and platform improvements
  • Cooperate with international teams across M365, Entra ID, security, and networking
  • Drive technical initiatives, support colleagues, and contribute to complex problem-solving

Employee requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot and scripting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, and PowerShell
  • Experience with enterprise device management and larger environments
  • Background in migrations such as SCCM to Intune is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work with architecture, standards, and process improvement
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders
  • Around 5+ years of experience in Client Workplace or Endpoint Management
  • English at B2 level or above

  • Bachelor's degree
