Job offer information
This is not your typical accounting job – it’s a dynamic role where you’ll dive into financial operations, improve processes, work with cross-functional teams, and directly influence vendor satisfaction.

  • Investigate and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies (vendor returns, commercial terms, payment delays)
  • Reconcile vendor statements against internal ledgers to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Communicate with vendors via phone and email to address inquiries, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with retail, finance, and internal operations teams
  • Use Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to create reports and perform reconciliations
  • Conduct regular meetings with vendors to maintain alignment and foster trust
  • Take ownership of key vendor accounts and contribute to scalable financial solutions

Employee requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of debit/credit accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and reconciliations
  • Proven track record of managing client or customer relationships
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken & written) is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree
