For our international client, we are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with Dutch language skills who is eager to grow in the field of administration and billing processes within a European environment.

About the role:
Join an international team responsible for processing and managing invoices related to vehicle fleets across Europe. This role is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in administration and finance within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Validation and processing of supplier invoices in internal systems
  • Allocation of invoices to repairs, maintenance, damages, etc.
  • Processing of additional/extra charge invoices
  • Supporting the Fleet Service team during peak periods
  • Performing formal checks of invoices
  • Ensuring proper archiving of documentation
  • Preparing and updating work instructions and procedures
  • Making sure supplier bookings are done on time and accurately
  • Acting as a point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice status

Employee requirements
  • Dutch and English language skills at least on B2 level
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data in a structured way
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Responsible, reliable and patient personality
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the field of administration/finance
  • Previous experience with invoicing or administration is an advantage, not a must

Education requirements
  • High school with a diploma
