Key responsibilities: Leading 6Sigma Projects • Project leader for continuous improvement of problem solving methods and tools used in GFT, • Leading and Coaching Black Belt and Green Belt Teams to achieve common objectives regarding the improvement of product quality, design, process, • Mentor organizing effective use of Six Sigma tools and methodologies for each project. KPI - Key performance indicator tracking and follow, Mafact Score Card - KPI achievement, Master schedule preparation and CCAR followed. Fully support needed for QEHS department and for QEHS Manager, fulfillment of agreed targets and KPI´s, following the company values. Training of Green Belt • Identifying appropriate tools to solve problems, • Creating a longer train-the-trainer strategy Evaluation of 6 Sigma Projects • Defining metrics to assess the project's success, • Leadership and coaching individual and team projects, • Monitoring progress and GB BB projects and evaluating savings, full support and check of 8D´s in the plant level, support of different company projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Technical university degree (engineering)
• 5 years of experience in specialization
• English – actively (both verbal and written form)
• Works with PC (MS Office)
• Basic instruments of quality (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP)
• Analytic abilities
• Presentation skills
• Master Black Belt Certification
