One of our client is looking for high-motivated people with fluent English and basic technical knowledge (TV, Internet, Wifi) to join the team.
Customer Care Specialist responsibilities include:
- responding to customer´s questions regarding to services - TV, internet, mobile devices (via phone);
- identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
- assisting customers with technical problems when using comapanies products and services.
What else?
- After hiring - trainings provided by the company - learning about the products, how to help clients, how to communicate with them.
- The company is located in Košice
- Working hours – afternoon shifts (evening and night too).
Employee requirements
– familiarity with IT industry is a PLUS;
– experience as Customer Support is a PLUS;
– excellent communication and problem-solving skills (thinking out of the box);
– multitasking;
– patience when handling though cases.
