For our client, an educational distributor, we are seeking a candidate who will be: - Delivering online workshops and training sessions for educators who currently use or are interested in MM Publications' English teaching resources - Providing guidance and support to educators on instructional materials and questions related to teaching methodology - Carrying out administrative duties and data management tasks - Offering customer support by assisting teachers and schools with various needs and resolving their concerns - Coordinating consistently with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and alignment
