About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for international clients. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is crucial to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone in English.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to internet and TV services, including technical troubleshooting and billing questions.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to shift schedules, which include afternoons, nights, and weekends.
Employee requirements
– Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
– Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
