Senior Specialist – Configuration Management (CMS)

• Manage and enhance the Configuration Management System (CMS) – OpenText UCMDB & Universal Discovery

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in the CMDB

• Automate and optimize data collection processes (ETL, discovery)

• Collaborate with technical and service management teams across different regions and cultures

• Provide consultation and functional support to other IT departments

• Be available for on-call support when needed

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management

• Hands-on experience with CMDB systems (ideally UCMDB/SMAX)

• ITIL certification (minimum intermediate level)

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, SAP)

• Experience in data quality control, ETL processes, and automation

• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus)

• Analytical mindset, independence, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
