- Investigate and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies (vendor returns, commercial terms, payment delays)
- Reconcile vendor statements against internal ledgers to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Communicate with vendors via phone and email to address inquiries, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with retail, finance, and internal operations teams
- Use Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to create reports and perform reconciliations
- Conduct regular meetings with vendors to maintain alignment and foster trust
- Take ownership of key vendor accounts and contribute to scalable financial solutions
