Are you passionate about finance operations and driven to ensure timely payments and accurate accounting? Join dynamic team of our client as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist focusing on the French market. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our finance department . Key Responsibilities: Analyze receivable discrepancies, resolve issues in collaboration with vendors to ensure on-time payments. Reconcile vendor statements with ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Address AR/AP debit balance inquiries promptly via phone or email, emphasizing vendor education and experience. Liaise with internal departments like Retail teams and finance processing teams to guarantee precise and timely payments. Collaborate with key accounts to resolve financial issues and coordinate long-term solutions. Basic Requirements: Experience in AP/AR roles. Fluent in French and English (B2 level). Strong communication and analytical skills. Positive attitude towards issue resolution. Proficient in MS Office suite. Additional Responsibilities: Independently manage collections for a portfolio of accounts in accounts payable debit balance for French-speaking vendors. Initiate escalations when necessary to ensure prompt collections. Coordinate with global teams for efficient collections.
Požiadavky na zamestnanca
Experience using Oracle (nice to have). Proficiency in small-scale project management. Handling customer invoicing inquiries and resolving payment disputes. Establishing and nurturing trust with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Previous experience in Account Receivables, Customer Care, or similar customer-facing roles. Comfortable working in remote teams with customer interaction via phone/email. Finance background or prior experience in finance-related roles is advantageous. Demonstrated passion for financial operations and effective communication with senior management.
