This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with business partners and working with invoicing and payment-related topics in an international environment.<\/p>\n

Act as a point of contact for Polish suppliers regarding payment and invoicing-related queries.<\/li>\n
Communicate with suppliers in Polish by phone and email and provide professional support throughout the resolution process.<\/li>\n
Investigate invoicing discrepancies, payment-related issues and more complex supplier cases.<\/li>\n
Handle and follow up on escalations received through internal case-management channels, email and telephone.<\/li>\n
Proactively contact Polish suppliers to support them with e-invoicing requirements and ensure the necessary requirements are met.<\/li>\n
Cooperate with relevant internal teams to investigate and resolve complex cases.<\/li>\n
Take ownership of assigned queries and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.<\/li>\n
