Leading 6Sigma Projects
\n\u2022\tProject leader for continuous improvement of problem solving methods and tools used in GFT,
\n\u2022\tLeading and Coaching Black Belt and Green Belt Teams to achieve common objectives regarding the improvement of product quality, design, process,
\n\u2022\tMentor organizing effective use of Six Sigma tools and methodologies for each project. KPI – Key performance indicator tracking and follow, Mafact Score Card – KPI achievement, Master schedule preparation and CCAR followed. Fully support needed for QEHS department and for QEHS Manager, fulfillment of agreed targets and KPI\u00b4s, following the company values.<\/p>\n

Training of Green Belt
\n\u2022\tIdentifying appropriate tools to solve problems,
\n\u2022\tCreating a longer train-the-trainer strategy<\/p>\n

Evaluation of 6 Sigma Projects
\n\u2022\tDefining metrics to assess the project’s success,
\n\u2022\tLeadership and coaching individual and team projects,
\n\u2022\tMonitoring progress and GB BB projects and evaluating savings, full support and check of 8D\u00b4s in the plant level, support of different company
