In this technical position, you will provide Lenovo’s Premier service clients with the best service available. In order to precisely diagnose reported issues with the client product portfolio (notebooks, desktops, and tablets), you will conduct troubleshooting and isolation over the phone and over email. You will maintain high first-time fix rates and send parts engineers to the location as needed to carry out repairs. With the assistance of a team leader, you will manage cases from start to finish with outstanding case management, follow-up, and client communication.<\/p>\n
Your daily routine, what you can expect:<\/p>\n
– To diagnose issues through efficient isolation and troubleshooting in order to support clients and field engineers.
\n– To determine the root cause and offer a fix for hardware or software issues.
\n– To be resolved over the phone, by email, or by sending an engineer and parts to the scene.
\n– To collaborate with the Technical Account Management group in order to identify and monitor problems and guarantee prompt solutions.
\n– To guarantee a resolution to clients’ technical problems by offering guidance and instruction based on a blend of practical knowledge and established protocols.
