Senior Qualification & Validation Engineer (GMP) | Innovative Biotech Manufacturing

• Provide technical oversight of manufacturing and utility/support equipment, including monitoring and testing activities
• Plan, execute and evaluate equipment and process qualification/validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Review results, analyse data and prepare validation reports and related documentation
• Create and maintain GMP-compliant documentation (protocols, records, Validation Master Plan – VMP)
• Coordinate change control and manage deviations during qualification and validation activities
• Propose and implement continuous improvements of equipment and processes based on validation findings

• Master’s degree (MSc) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Biotechnology, Natural Sciences or a related field
• 6–10 years of experience in qualification and validation within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated environments
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements and validation principles
• Proven experience in the preparation, execution and approval of qualification and validation documentation
• Independent, structured and systematic approach with strong technical problem-solving skills
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level)
