We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for our client to join European Financial Operations team in Bratislava. Job offer information
- Analyze and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, ensuring timely payments for Amazon Spain vendors
- Perform detailed reconciliations of vendor statements against internal ledger entries
- Handle AR-related inquiries by phone and email, maintaining a high level of vendor satisfaction and professional communication
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including French retail teams and finance processing departments, to ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution
- Manage key vendor accounts and support long-term financial solutions
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and reconciliation techniques
- Conduct regular vendor calls and meetings to strengthen business relationships and drive process improvements
Employee requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and financial reconciliation
- Strong customer or vendor relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of debit and credit principles
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Spanish language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory)
