Job description:
- use company sources of data to monitor and investigate high risk Agents
- make recommendations to Distribution Strategy and Policy Manager on actions to manage risk
- notifying stakeholders of proactive and reactive Agency defaults and supporting management
- proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate risk
Employee requirements
- aility to evaluate multiple data sources, identify trends and make decisions
- highly numerate, and comfortable with complex analysis
- excellent communication skills – with the ability to explain technical details to a wide and varied audience
- self-starter and able to work independently
