- project lead of medium sized projects
- leading tasks and activities in Agile environment, preferred with certifications as SCRUM Master/Product owner
- set-up and planning projects according to Agile methodologies
- analyzing of processes and identification of optimization opportunities
- risk management
- communication to project team and relevant stakeholders
Employee requirements
- Advanced English and German
- University degree of business administration, information systems or similar studies
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management in international company
- Experience with work in Agile environment
- Knowledge of project management standards
- Experience in the design, standardization and implementation of processes and process improvements
- Certification as A Scrum Master or/and Product owner is an advantage
- Readiness to travel nationally and internationally
- Very high communication and moderation- skills
- High flexibility and motivation
