HR Generalist / Project Coordinator – Full-time | Bratislava | Hybrid | 3+ years’ experience required

• Act as an HR partner for assigned teams, supporting managers and employees on day to day HR topics.
• Manage internal recruitment and mobility processes.
• Support workforce planning.
• Prepare reports, track HR data, and provide insights.
• Coordinate HR-related project tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle sensitive information with high discretion.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working.

• 3+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist, HRBP support, or Talent Acquisition).
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Advanced level of English language
