Tasks
- Oversee all GMP manufacturing operations
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and resources
- Ensure cGMP compliance, audit readiness, and inspection leadership
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop cross‑functional production teams
Employee requirements
- Master’s/PhD in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations
- Proven leadership and team‑management experience
