Expert Lead – Data Analysis (PySpark, Python)

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ data experts, promoting autonomy, accountability, and professional growth.
• Manage the local delivery roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of data models, pipelines, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Design scalable, governed data architectures and ensure standards, documentation, and quality.
• Conduct impact assessments and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration for complex initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new data capabilities including advanced analytics and GenAI use cases.
• Promote Agile ways of working (stand‑ups, refinements, planning).
• Manage hiring, development, performance processes, and overall team engagement.
• Understand and support key data flows related to client reporting, analytics, and financial insights.

• 6+ years in Data Engineering or Data Analytics and 8+ years in international environments.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Advanced Python + PySpark (mandatory).
• Strong SQL, ELT/ETL, data modelling, and BI experience (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with data architecture, governed pipelines, and scalable data solutions.
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to simplify complexity.
• Financial or Financial Markets experience is an advantage.
