For one of our clinet we are looking for business process manager.
The position holder supports business transformation through harmonization, standardization & integration of Customer operation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Operations Strategy:
- Initiate, review and implement digitalization ideas with the goal to automate the processes and improve customer and internal user experience
- Responsible for internal regulatory system (regulations, working instructions, process descriptions, etc)
Customer Operations Services:
- Create, collect and evaluate improvement ideas to increase the quality of customer services, systems capabilities and profitability
- Business Process Management for the dedicated area
- Ensure further development of process strategy, process landscape and process architecture of the company with special focus on effective and efficient end-to-end processes.
- Review, continuously improve and document process improvements
- Drive the process standardization, harmonization and automation across all countries and business units
- Define and implement tools and methodology for continuous improvement of processes with the goal to increase customer satisfaction, process quality and efficiency
- Develop new solutions and enhancements in dedicated systems and interfaces
- Monitor and steer IT relevant tasks and manage IT support for dedicated IT Applications (incl cost/benefit analysis)
- Business owner of related IT-Applications, Processes and Services
- Key user for dedicated system as well as ensure that dedicated systems is ready to use (incl. ensuring the set up of all relevant templates, formulas,….)
- Ensure appropriate overview and harmonized processes across different Customer Operations teams, ensure the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the countries and business units
- Initiate and lead the projects as project manager (e.g implementation of new digital tools, system improvement, RPA, EI)
- Create training materials and train end users
Other activities:
- Sales Support Analytics within the dedicated area:
- Prepare internal and external reports
- Monitor and track related KPIs and derive improvement measures
- Support month end closing activities by performing specific tasks and liaising with all relevant departments (finance, sales, within customer operations,…)
Employee requirements
- University degree Master – Economics or IT related
- Relevant professional experience 3-5 years
- Fluent in spoken and written English B2/C1
- SAP - advantage
- Experience in designing design, developing, and implementing an operating roadmap (process and automation)
- Experience in translating business requirements into systems and product roadmaps
- Ability to analyze processes, develop new ideas and solutions
- Experience in driving continuous improvement with all levels in the organization
- Excellent project management experience and skills
- Technical skills, understanding of IT environment , systems and applications
- Ability to understand the business and strong analytical skills
