For our client, we are looking for a specialist in the receivables department, the task of the position will be:
• Responsibility for receivables management (on customer accounts)
• Proactive contacting customers (reminder letters, collection calls)
• Answering incoming customer account status inquiries from customers and sales
• Maintenance and reconciliation with key customer accounts
• Collaboration with customer service, credit management, incoming payments and local sales team across all businesses in respective countries
Employee requirements
• Economic background is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Polish and English at a communicative level is required
• Customer orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, determination to succeed
