As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will work with financial data, reconciliations and payment-related discrepancies. The role primarily supports the German and Turkish marketplaces, so knowledge of German or Turkish is a strong advantage.

Job offer information
  • Analyze and resolve Accounts Receivable discrepancies, including payment mismatches, vendor returns and related financial issues.
  • Perform reconciliations of vendor statements against internal ledger records.
  • Process high-volume AR transactions accurately and within deadlines.
  • Compare financial data in internal systems and identify inconsistencies.
  • Support the German and Turkish marketplaces with payment and vendor-related queries.
  • Communicate with internal finance, operations and business teams to resolve payment issues.
  • Handle AR-related requests via email and, when needed, by phone.
  • Use Excel to review, organize and analyze financial data, while supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

Employee requirements
  • Fluent English is required.
  • German or Turkish is a strong advantage, as the role primarily supports the German and Turkish marketplaces.
  • Other European languages such as Spanish, Italian, French or Polish are also considered a plus.
  • Interest or first experience in finance, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations or data analysis.
  • Very good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of debit and credit principles.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
  • Previous experience in finance, customer/client support, administration or a similar area is welcome.
